You can edit Both of them just with no part stealing. Basically, if you want to put either of them in a different outfit be my guest but don't change them to the point where they aren’t them anymore.

He's a fashionista based loosely on Edna mode. I figured I'd be fun to make a moth Oc that loved the spotlight and worked with fabrics :> he's a comedy character meaning he's really not that deep.
Chloe-Panda oc-
Chloe is based loosely on the sugar rush characters from wreck it ralphs mixed with sonic. Shes a Racer and grew up in China. She has vitiligo and is a panda themed character. She mainly exists because I looked at pandas and it reminded me of the condition with how the spot on their fur are. Shes very optimistic and bubbly! Is known for cheering up other racers when not racing herself works in the pit helping other racers out.
